Vocabulary

I have been away from the studio for a time, revisiting childhood haunts, exchanging memories and observations with old and new friends, revelling in the sheer, open, vast, never-ending expanse of my beloved Prairie landscape.  There is now a renewed interest in the physical and emotive history of my surroundings, in the past, in the here and now; forms, lines, colours, sounds.  New words have been added to my repetoire: source, crux, origin, discern, intuit, limnel and purpose.
